Customer support is our #1 focus. To ensure proper functioning of our products, it is highly recommended to engage pre-sales support for a proper design. FiIBER OPTICS LABS is fully committed to support our customers to properly install, tune, and monitor the systems. Training is highly recommended so a user can quickly adjust tuning parameters in the advent of harsh weather or changing conditions.

Pre-sales Support

A proper design of the site installation is critical for a properly-functioning system. To encourage customers to engage pre-sales support for a proper design the fee is waived for most installations.


Post-sales Support

Depending on the customer’s needs there are several support channels offered. From email/phone support to remote and on-site, many support options are available.
Depending on support agreements, an advanced replacement can be sent within a day if the equipment fails within the warranty period.


Warranty

Standard warranty for repair of the equipment is 2 years from the date of purchase. Additional years of warranty can be bought up to 10 years.


Training

Training is offered online and onsite several times a year.
